It is a manual breaking bar designed for levering, rolling and repositioning logs and other timber. The cant hook provides a secure bite for rolling and handling, while the repeat heel assists with prising actions.

Use firm footing and a clear area. Engage the cant hook on the log so it grips before levering. Keep hands away from pinch points and work with controlled movements. Wear gloves, eye protection and appropriate footwear. Do not use the bar with powered machinery attached or as a striking tool unless specifically rated for that purpose.

Wipe clean after use, remove sap and debris, and store dry to prevent corrosion. Inspect the handle and forged head regularly for cracks or excessive wear. Lightly oil any bare metal surfaces to inhibit rust.
