Change of Heart
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, however if you have changed your mind for any reason you may return it, within 14 days of delivery, at your own expense, unused and in original condition and packaging for exchange or refund of purchase price, excluding any shipping costs. All returned goods should be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
When trying on goods that may be returned please take care. Once goods are soiled or damaged they cannot be considered for exchange or credit.
When returning any item please quote your original order number in the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us. Exchanges will be despatched to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damages and Faults
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that our products are in pristine condition when they leave our premises, we are aware that things may go wrong in transit. With this in mind please check parcel for any damage before signing for it and record it on the carriers manifest if present. Please note failure to record any visible damage at the time of signing for it will result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being refused. Once signed this is accepted as Proof of Delivery, confirming package is intact with no damage. Claims of damage or shortage must be notified in writing both in the couriers manifest and to ourselves within 3 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted outside these time limits. Packaging must be retained for investigation. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation.
Any goods believed to be faulty must be returned to us for manufacturer’s evaluation, along with a valid proof of purchase. Once confirmed faulty the postage incurred within the UK will be reimbursed at Standard Royal Mail Rates, along with an exchange or a refund on the goods. The cost of returning non-faulty goods is not covered under warranty and will not be re-imbursed.
Any repaired or free of charge replacements will sent out free of any carriage charge. Items being returned should be in clean condition, if faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been thoroughly cleaned of excess mud and dirt first as we are unable to process dirty footwear, due to Health and Safety concerns.
