Easy starting

How do I start the 129C reliably?

Use the Smart Start® system and the Air Purge to remove air from the fuel system before pulling the starter. The auto return stop switch resets to ON after use. Always follow the step‑by‑step starting procedure in the user manual for best results.

What comes in the box and can I fit a blade?

The machine is supplied with the R25 trimmer head installed. Grass blades, saw blades and harnesses are not included. You can fit compatible cutting blades and a harness — contact your Husqvarna dealer to confirm compatible parts and have them fitted if required.

What fuel should I use and how do I maintain the machine?

The 129C is petrol powered. Use fresh fuel and follow the fuel/oil recommendations and service intervals in the owner’s manual. Regularly check the air filter and spark plug (Husqvarna HQT-4 672201 is the specified plug) and inspect the cutting head before use. If in doubt, have a dealer carry out servicing.
