Husqvarna CEORA® 546 EPOS® Automower

Virtual, wire-free operation through satellite based RTK-GNSS technology, enables an accuracy down to approximately 2cm. The absence of physical wires implies a new level of robustness and flexibility, permitting regular deep aeration and turf repair without jeopardizing the function of the robot installation.

Improve the visual impression of the turf by changing the mowing pattern. With EPOS® technology, the mower can run in parallel lines and create a variety of patterns, such as diamonds, triangles and checkerboard.

Energy-efficient LED warning lights provide visibility and discoverability in darkness and daylight for safe operations. The lights can be set to solid or flashing configurations and different schedules.

Husqvarna Fleet Services™ gives you full control of the mower with the possibility to monitor, control and analyze your entire fleet of products from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. You can overview the status and exact location, command them to start/stop or group-command them to park during storm warnings or in case of thunder. Settings and cutting heights are adjusted easily. Receive alarms and track the mower’s position in case of theft – from everywhere.

Support is required from Automower Connect during installation and when editing of EPOS boundary wire-free installations.

Interface adapted for professional handling, meaning more important settings and controls managed remotely through Husqvarna Fleet Services smartphone app or via PC/tablet. Simplifies use for inexperienced users and minimizes serious impact on the product in case of vandalism.

Designate and mark a machine maintenance parking spot on the map. On command, the product parks there automatically while waiting for service, cleaning, loading or storage.

The handling is easy and user-friendly, sparing you from strenuous, unnecessary lifting when the product needs to be moved between workspaces, to the service facility, or during installation.

For safety and minimized downtime, built-in sensors using ultrasonic technology assist the product to detect or avoid objects. The Detection mode reduces the speed and makes collisions softer; the Avoidance mode reduces speed and stops before the object.

The principle of the cutting system is based on the grass surface being mowed regularly. This means that each blade of grass is cut very little at a time but often, which guarantees a strong, nice-looking and healthy turf. The robust cutting discs are equipped with sharp razor-like blades made of strong carbon steel. This provides efficient operation and extremely low energy consumption.

Efficient motorized wheel brushes that keep the drive wheels clean from wet clippings, dirt and autumn leaves. Improves the wheels traction, minimizes the risk of leavinging grass clumps and lowers the need of maintenance.

Automatically detects and notifies if imbalance in the cutting system occur to ensure trouble-free and silent operation. Imbalance could be caused by missing, double mounted or damaged blades.

FOTA – a technology that enables the operators to perform upgrades of the firmware, via the Fleet Services app. The downloading is done remotely, without the need of physical intervention into the product, and enables new features and updates.

Products equipped with Automower Connect®/Husqvarna Fleet Services™ immediately begin tracking its GPS position and send notifications to your devices. Makes the installation extra safe and minimizes the risk of theft.
