A professional 62.4 cm³ (60cc class) fuel‑injected chainsaw designed for forestry and tree care. It combines the compact handling of a smaller saw with the power of a larger model, offering quick throttle response, easy starting and reduced vibration for long workdays.

Fuel injection for instant response

The fuel injection system delivers quicker throttle response and consistent performance across changing conditions compared with a carburettor, improving productivity and fuel efficiency without added bulk.

High power-to-weight ratio

With 4.0 kW output and a slim short‑stroke engine in a 5.8 kg (excl. cutting equipment) chassis, the saw delivers strong cutting performance while remaining manoeuvrable for overhead and limbing work.

Balanced, user‑friendly handling

An outboard clutch and a slim body move the bar closer to the centre of gravity, improving balance for limbing and precision work. Spikes are mounted and a sprocket‑nose bar aids control.

Key features

Fuel injection

Fuel injection

The fuel injection technology provides a more dynamic fuel delivery than a carburettor engine, allowing faster adaptation to various conditions and increased performance. The design stays lightweight and slim with fewer components in the air filter area, while also providing a quicker throttle response, higher productivity, and improved fuel efficiency.

Simple start technology

Simple start technology

The technology provides an easy and consistent starting procedure, whether the engine is cold or warm. Automatic adjustments to the balance between fuel and air ensure the ideal mix, keeping the engine running smoothly.

Outboard clutch for improved balance

Outboard clutch for improved balance

The outboard clutch allows the drive sprocket to be placed between the clutch system and the crankcase, bringing the guide bar closer to the centre of gravity. This results in a narrow chainsaw body and improves the balance of the saw, which is especially beneficial when limbing.

Short stroke engine

Short stroke engine

The short stroke engine design results in a compact product with low weight and low disturbance forces, enabling high performance and durability. This is achieved through a low cylinder, a short stroke length for the piston, a short connecting rod, a small crankshaft and, by that, a slim crankcase.

Slimmed-down design

Slimmed-down design

Low, slender saw body makes the chainsaw easy and convenient to handle in any situation.

Lightweight muffler

Lightweight muffler

Less weight in the saw reduces the strain on your body and makes the saw nimbler. The lightweight muffler adds to your comfort and work efficiency without making a fuss.

Ability to carry longer bars

Ability to carry longer bars

The powerful engine in combination with the large bar mount, a sturdy crankcase and sufficient chain oiling provides an ability to carry longer bars.

Magnetic filter protects the engine

Magnetic filter protects the engine

A magnetic filter inside the fuel hose effectively prevents metal particles from reaching the fuel delivery system and engine, which minimizes wear and interruptions.

Air Injection filters 98% of incoming dust

Easy to open and secure firmly, even when wearing thick winter gloves.

Snap-lock cylinder cover

Snap-lock cylinder cover

Snap-lock cylinder cover saves time when changing spark plugs and cleaning.

2K moulded fuel window

2K moulded fuel window

Durable 2K molded fuel window reduces the risk of running dry, ensuring higher productivity.

LowVib®

LowVib®

Effective anti-vibration dampeners absorb vibration, sparing the user’s arms and hands.

X-CUT® Chain

X-CUT® Chain

The X-CUT saw chains are designed, built, and tested in Huskvarna, right next to our professional chainsaws. Made for outstanding productivity, the chain offers superior cutting efficiency, sharpness that lasts and less need for tensioning. Ultimately, this means minimum downtime and maximum results.

FAQs

How many CC is a Husqvarna 564 XP® Fuel Inject?

The Husqvarna 564 XP® Fuel Inject has an engine displacement of 60 cubic centimeters (CC).

How much does a Husqvarna 564 XP® Fuel Inject weigh?

5.8 kg excl. cutting equipment

Is a Husqvarna 564 XP® Fuel Inject a Pro saw?

Yes, the Husqvarna 564 XP Fuel Inject is a professional chainsaw in the 500-series. Built for high-demand forestry and tree care work. It features a powerful 60cc fuel-injected engine for instant acceleration, a slim ergonomic design, and simple start technology. With high cutting capacity, low vibrations, and advanced filtration, it’s made for productivity and control in tough environments.

What are the advantages of the fuel injection system?

Fuel injection provides faster throttle response, better adaptation to varying conditions and improved fuel efficiency compared with a carburettor. It also reduces the need for carburettor adjustments in the field.

What bar lengths can I use with this saw?

Recommended bar lengths are 38 cm to 70 cm (15–27.5 in). The saw ships with an 18″ (45 cm) bar fitted and the robust crankcase and oiling support allow use of longer bars where needed.

What should I do about noise and vibration protection?
