The Husqvarna T542i XP® is a professional 36V top-handle battery chainsaw developed for arborists and tree climbers who need cordless convenience without compromising on cutting performance. It combines a centrifugal clutch and high chain speed with the SP21G chain and X‑PRECISION guide bar to deliver fast, precise cuts. Supplied as a top-handle unit only (no battery or charger).

Delivers fast, smooth cuts thanks to a high chain speed (24 m/s) and the SP21G chain paired with a 35 cm guide bar (recommended 30–40 cm). Output shaft power is 1.8 kW for professional tasks.

The centrifugal clutch gives a kick-start energy at the start of each cut and helps prevent the chain from getting stuck in the wood, improving control in confined, overhead cutting situations.
