The R 112C is a compact Husqvarna Rider designed for residential lawns where manoeuvrability and ease of use matter. It has a front-mounted combi cutting deck (BioClip® mulching or rear discharge), pedal‑operated hydrostatic transmission, articulated steering and a pivoting rear axle for good traction on uneven ground. As an installer I recommend familiarising yourself with the pedal controls and the external fuel cap before first use.
Compact manoeuvrability
Articulated steering and a front‑mounted cutting deck give a very small turning radius so you can work around flower beds, trees and park benches with confidence.
Flexible cutting options
The Combi cutting deck lets you choose BioClip® (mulching) to return fine clippings as fertiliser, or rear discharge for dealing with higher or coarser grass.
Straightforward, safe operation
Pedal‑operated hydrostatic transmission keeps both hands on the wheel; blades engage automatically when the deck is lowered and cutting height is adjusted with a single lever.

Key features

Combi cutting deck with BioClip® (mulching)
BioClip® (mulching) provides perhaps the best cutting result on the market on frequently cut areas. The grass is cut into fine pieces that quickly turn into fertiliser.

Combi cutting deck
The Combi cutting deck allows you to choose between two cutting systems depending on the conditions. Choose BioClip® for lawn fertilisation and rear ejection for efficient mowing on areas with higher and rougher grass.

Automatic blade engagement
The blades are engaged automatically when you lower the cutting deck for a quick and smooth start of work.

Pedal-operated hydrostatic transmission
Pedal-operated hydrostatic transmission – speed and direction are managed by pedals, letting you keep both hands on the steering wheel for optimal driving control.

Pivoting rear axle
The rear axle is pivoting to get maximum traction on the drive wheels and a smooth ride also on uneven surfaces.

External fuel cap
Thanks to the external fuel cap, you don’t have to open the engine hood when refueling. The extra wide fuel tank opening makes refueling even easier.

Transparent fuel tank
Large, transparent fuel tank makes it easy to check the fuel level and plan your work accordingly.

Cup holder
Convenient cup holder.

Single-lever cutting height adjustment
Easy adjustment of cutting height using a single lever.

Articulated steering
Articulated steering gives excellent maneuverability and facilitates driving around obstacles such as trees and bushes.

Comfortable driver’s position
With a Rider you get safety, stability and traction on both flat grounds and hillsides. The Rider’s low gravity centre contributes to extra good traction as well as a comfortable ‘sit-in’ feeling for the user.

Easy-access controls
Controls are easy accessible and designed for optimum user comfort.

Engine behind driver
The rear-mounted engine provides a better overview of the mowing, and less noise and emissions in the driver’s area, compared to riders with front-mounted engines.

Four large wheels
16-inch wheels both front and back provide optimal riding comfort, great accessibility and less risk of damaging delicate surfaces.

Front-mounted cutting deck
Front-mounted cutting deck for excellent accessability into corners and under bushes, park benches etc.

FAQs
Will this fit my machine?
Fitment can vary by model and deck size. Send us your mower model (and deck size if applicable) and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.
Do I need any extra brackets or fitting kits?
Some accessories require a mounting kit or specific brackets depending on your machine. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll advise the correct setup.
Can you fit it for me?
Yes — if you’d like installation, let us know when ordering and we can arrange fitting (collection, workshop fit, or on-site depending on the product).
What cutting width and height range does the R 112C offer?
The cutting width is 85 cm. Cutting height is adjustable from 25 mm to 70 mm using the single‑lever adjustment on the deck.
How is the Rider driven and controlled?
Drive is via a pedal‑operated hydrostatic transmission (dual pedals for speed/direction) so you keep both hands on the steering wheel. Maximum forward speed is 9 km/h and reverse is 7 km/h. Blade engagement is automatic when the deck is lowered.
Any practical tips for refuelling and basic upkeep?
Use the external fuel cap and check levels through the transparent fuel tank before starting. Keep the deck and engine area clear of debris, follow the service schedule in the manual and store the Rider in a dry location when not in use.
