The Husqvarna P 535HX Hybrid Front Mower is ideal for keeping larger lawns and outdoor green spaces looking pristine, whilst working efficiently to save operators valuable time. The ergonomic driver interface with modern graphic displays and easy-access controls provides a comfortable ride during long working hours and a built-in connectivity module allows you to connect with Husqvarna Fleet ServicesT. The P 535HX can be equipped with high-capacity cutting decks up to 180 cm, providing an excellent result and efficient mowing in any terrain. Thanks to the 20″ wheels, all-wheel drive and articulated steering it is easy to manoeuvre even in rough terrain and complex areas. Two electric motors power the wheel drive axles, while the PTO, hydraulics and electric generator are powered by a diesel engine. Commercial-grade components and ease of service make for uncompromised durability and maximum uptime. The incorporation of dual-energy sources combined with high efficiency in the Hybrid system enables extreme power for the P 535HX yet maintained in a compact and agile format. The power train reduces the vehicle’s overall fuel consumption and its CO2 footprint and operational cost.

Hybrid drive system
Equipped with a hybrid drive system that can be operated in two different drive modes; electric mode (used during transportation) and hybrid mode (diesel engine running and battery buffer active) where the modes continuously interact depending on cutting conditions: – normal conditions; the power from the diesel engine is used to both operate the front attachment through the PTO, the propulsion and recharging of the batteries if needed – hard conditions; the power from the diesel engine is used to just operate the front attachment through the PTO. Power to the propulsion is taken from the battery.

Unique articulated steering
The unique articulated steering system allows the rear pair of wheels to swing in underneath the machine. The result is superior manoeuvrability with a minimum turning radius at full lock.

All-Wheel-Drive (AWD)
All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) ensures traction on uneven, wet and slippery areas and slopes. AWD automatically adjusts the traction on all wheels depending on situation and ground condition.

Electronic traction control
The All-Wheel Drive (AWD) propulsion system is electronically controlled via integrated sensors which ensures optimized traction. The drive wheels individually and automatically set the correct speed in all situations, which eliminates the need of intermittent speed calibration of the drive system.

Hydraulic power steering
Heavy-duty hydraulic-cylinder power steering makes driving less strenuous.

Dynamic touch color display
Intuitive hi-resolution touch color screen. The 5-inch capacitive touch display communicates with the driver through dynamical graphic information, assists in handling and gives real time data and warnings. Clear visibility even in full sunlight. (Interaction with touch can only be used during machine standstill).

Shaft PTO
Solid and hardened PTO axle for maximum efficiency and durability.

Kubota diesel engine
High performance 3-cylinder Kubota diesel engine with full pressure lubrication. Combines exceptional power and torque with fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.

Commercial graded transmission
High-specified variable piston pumps with separate gear boxes for front and rear axle.

Reduced fuel consumption
Through an energy efficient electric drive vs normal hydrostatic drive, the energy efficiency in the machines propulsion system is improved by up to 50%. Hence depending on drive cycle, the fuel consumption is lowered by up to 30% when compared to a 25 hp conventional diesel frontmower working under the same conditions.

Grammer full suspension seat

Tool carrier in electric mode
